Bournemouth Young Fairtrade Chef Competition 2014


Congratulations to Upper 3 pupil Francesca Rowley whose winning Fairtrade recipe for chocolate and macadamia nut brownies, with an edible Fairtrade glitter logo, has won her a place to compete in the Bournemouth Young Fairtrade Chef Competition. The competition will take place next Monday at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. Fran will recreate her recipe in the hotel kitchens, for tasting by the Major of Bournemouth and guests, at a Fairtrade Town Celebration. All-in-all a day to remember for any young chef!
