Nearly New

The Nearly New Uniform Shop, which is situated opposite the Boarding house, opens once a month during term time and sells items on behalf of parents of existing and past pupils. If a parent donates an item, the full proceeds from the sale are given to the Guild of Help. If a parent asks for the item to be sold on their behalf, 20% of the proceeds are donated to the Parent Staff Society and 80% is returned to the parent. The shop is run by parent volunteers under the Parent Staff Society.

The nearly new uniform shop is open the first Thursday of every month during term time, 2.45-4.15pm.

Please note that the shop is only able to accept cash or cheques for items purchased and is unable to offer refunds.

If you would like to put items into the shop for sale, they can be left with Junior or Senior reception staff. Each item must have a completed sales slip attached – these can be downloaded here. Any items without a sales slip will be treated as donations. At the end of each term AFTER efforts to reunite items with correct pupils have failed/been undertaken, lost property items are all donated to the Uniform Shop for sale. If you would like to price your items please feel free to, or they will be priced in the shop following our guidelines.

If your daughter is a current pupil of Talbot Heath, the proceeds of the sale will be recredited to your school account. If she is no longer at the school, the proceeds will also be credited to the same account that school fees were paid from. If you do not wish this to happen, then please forward your address and payee details to the PSS Treasurer at the school. Alternatively contact psstreasurer@talbotheath.org. Please do not email bank details.

If you have any queries relating to the shop please email clothingshop@talbotheath.org.
