A group of Upper 4 students took part in a basic first aid session this week, with Brett Bader from lifeline training. This formed part of the fitness for well-being programme and students took part in a practical session learning CPR and how to use a defibrillator. All of the girls were really engaged and came away with some very important life skills. Another session for the students in group 2 fitness for well-being, are looking forward to their session soon. Thank go to Lou Lindon for organising this valuable opportunity.
