All bus charges are based on a five day week and you will be charged on a pro-rata basis according to your weekly requirements. Please complete the bus request form above to secure your booking. Availability is limited, so early application is important. Please indicate the route, days and pick-up/drop-off points required.
If you require different buses on different days, then you will need to complete a form for each bus. We require separate forms for each child requiring a bus.
For economic reasons, we cannot offer alternate week seats, and all fares are non-refundable for un-used journeys.
We can offer one off trips when needed, please contact the finance department to check availability for the journey you need. We would request however, that you provide 48 hours’ notice for all one off journeys or one off amendments. Booking is essential as the majority of our buses are full.
Withdrawal from the service and permanent changes must be made by written advice to the finance office with half a term’s notice, otherwise fees will be charged due to insufficient notice.
