Congratulations to Jemima C in Upper 3 and Erin W in Upper 5, who recently took part in the UIPM Biathle World Championships in Madeira.
It was a fantastic week for both participant and a great first experience for Jemima and Erin to join the GB team. Jemima competed in the individual Biathle U13 race and came 16th out of 42 – it was a very competitive field with South Africa, Egypt and Japan all having strong teams.
Erin came 5th in the Under17s race against a very competitive field and was really pleased with her result.
Lots of memories were made for both girls and they are looking forward to building on their performances in the coming years. The school community wish them both the very best for their future endeavours.
