The competition was strong and everybody enjoyed a great afternoon of athletics. The seniors sailed well with three girls sailing single handed in Gold fleet, namely Freya P, Johanna Y and Lilia V, and sailing as a pair in the Challenge fleet were Isla H and Amelia B. They all sailed well and following a re-check of the results announced on the day, the girls were moved up to be placed 3rd team overall – a superb achievement!

And finally, SWIMMING
Congratulations to Eliza C’s achievement in the water last weekend. She took part in the Great North Swim 250m open water swimming event in Lake Windermere and came 1st out of 355 entrants with a time of 3 mins 24 seconds. Her family and the school are incredibly proud of her achievement, especially as it was very windy and choppy. Well swum!
