Congratulations to Lower 4 pupil, Daniella B, who became the new British Number 1 in the U14 girls category, when National Rankings were updated last week. Daniella is now number 1 both in the LTA rankings and is the highest ranked British U14 girl in Europe. She has recently been in Europe, playing in Paris and Stockholm and was awarded Runner-Up in Paris last week.
Further congratulations also go to the U18 Dorset Girls Team who won their division recently, playing in division 3 of the County Cup; 6 of the 8 players in the team are from Talbot Heath.

Mrs Newcombe also took some of the TH athletes to Milton Abbey this week for a cross-country competition. Congratulations to Aggie, who achieved first place; Theia in second place, and to the winning team which also included Sophie D and Elliotte R. Congratulations also go to Nyah in the Year 6 race and was placed second; the team were placed 2nd overall.
