Upper 4 Fitness for Wellbeing

Over the past few weeks, Upper 4 Fitness for Wellbeing students have completed some basic first aid training from sports coach and sports educator, Brett Bader at Lifeline training.

As part of this session students have gained some important life skills which have included learning how to perform CPR and how to use a defibrillator. Our thanks go to Brett for providing this opportunity.
