The YMCA organised another successful Big Sleep Out recently which took place in the Junior School playground at Talbot Heath school.

On Thursday 13th October the Music and Drama departments took 47 students to London to see the stage show ‘Frozen’ at Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Lower 6 Geographers visited South Devon as part of their A-Level compulsory fieldwork and they managed to cover a lot of Geography in two days.

Year 3 were recently transported back in time to Ancient Egypt via the STEAM Hub.

TH Swimming Academy had their first competition of the school year recently as senior pupils headed to Millfield for the ESSA (English Schools Swimming Association) South West Relays.  

A warm welcome was offered to over 150 families who attended the Junior and Senior school open evening at Talbot Heath last week.

Twelve Religious Studies students from L5-U6 went to a ‘Free and Equal’ Human Rights conference at Lytchett Minster School recently.

TH PE department organised special taster workshops for the Upper 3 pupils last week to join the nation in the 2022 National Fitness Day.

Congratulations to Jemima in Upper 3 on her recent sporting achievements: she has secured a team place to represent GB at the World Biathle Championships later this autumn. 

The Talbot Heath school community have marked the passing of Queen Elizabeth II with special assemblies in both Junior and Senior school this week.
