Boxing Clever – Upper 4 Enjoy Fitness For Wellbeing

Upper 4 enjoyed a taster boxing session this week, as part of the popular Fitness for Wellbeing curriculum, created by Head of Sport, Louise Lindon to enhance wellbeing for the students at TH. Thanks go to expert coach Lorne Castle for providing the girls with an entertaining and educational session.
The Upper 4 students said how much they’d enjoyed the morning, learning some good self defence techniques as well as working out in a different way than usual.
