Personal Care (Kindergarten – Y2)

Dear Parents,

As you will appreciate, it is sometimes necessary with the younger pupils to assist them with the toilet and, on some occasions, with intimate cleaning issues, for example after a “toileting accident”. Therefore, we need your permission to help your daughter, if and when it’s needed.

If you give us permission to assist your daughter with any intimate cleaning issues, you would be notified, either verbally when you collect her or via the link book that your daughter brings home every day.

I would be grateful if you could complete the details below as soon as possible.
