Extra Curricular clubs
There are a variety clubs of across the year including netball, football, fitness, badminton and pickleball, fencing, lacrosse, cross-country, tennis, rounders, cricket and athletics.
Fitness for Wellbeing – Upper 4
In U4, pupils have the opportunity to have two additional Fitness for wellbeing lessons over a two week timetable. In these lessons pupils will experience talks on the importance of sleep and breast health. They will participate in wellbeing walks, self defence tasters, pilates lessons and become confident using the fitness suite.
It is of further importance to us that we provide opportunities for others who enjoy playing sport at their own level and therefore we encourage girls to attend practice regularly and make some fixtures for A, B and C teams.
We have fantastic facilities including: a heated swimming pool, fitness suite, sports hall, gymnasium, outdoor netball courts, tennis courts, full size astro turf and a generous field used for a variety of sporting events. Through the range of experiences that PE at Talbot Heath offers, pupils learn how to be effective in competitive, creative and challenging situations.
